What’s the sea made of?
The sea is water with oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and various salts dissolved in it. The most abundant salt is common salt (sodium chloride). Others include Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate), magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium bromide and potassium iodide.
