Goose pimples
Goose pimples are one of your body's ways of trying to warm you up when you get cold. When a furry animal gets cold, its hair stands on end. This traps air next to its skin and keeps it warm. When you get cold, the fine hairs on your body try to stand up too. The muscles that pull each hair up also pull up a tiny bump of skin as a goose pimple.
