Speedy sneezes
Sneezing helps clear slimy mucus or dust from your nose. You inhale deeply and shut off your nose and throat so that air pressure builds up in your lungs. When the pressure is too great, the air bursts out of your nose. You normally breathe air out at about 8kph (5mph). In a sneeze, air travels at over 160kph (99mph).
